The third stage portrays the final state – we now have a better grasp of life and how to handle adversity.  As we processed our traumatic events and how we responded to them, we are now equipped with the tools we need to face new challenges in life. The water splash in the ocean with the ripple effect represents our new way of thinking, of looking outward and creating positive changes in our life and therefore, creating a meaningful life that we want.
